Justice Department investigation
A complaint led ServiceNow to investigate its March 2023 hiring of the US Army's Chief Information Officer as Head of Global Public Sector. The board determined that its President and COO and the person hired violated company policy on a possible conflict. ServiceNow said it and the President and COO came to a mutual agreement on Jul 24, 2024 that he would resign, and that he maintains he did not intentionally violate company policy. ServiceNow says the Justice Department started its own investigation and that it is cooperating.
