About these terms
These terms apply when you use cityfort.co. By using Cityfort, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
"We" means the person or business that runs Cityfort. "You" means anyone who uses it.
Cityfort is for education only
Cityfort explains how US-listed companies do business, using their public filings with the SEC. It is general investor education, published for everyone, not tailored to anyone.
Cityfort is not registered with the SEC or any state as an investment adviser. It is not a broker-dealer or a member of FINRA.
We do not give investment advice
Nothing on Cityfort is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. We give no price targets, ratings of shares or views on whether a share is fairly priced. Nothing on the site is an offer to buy or sell any security, including in an initial public offering.
Statements by company management, including guidance and other forward-looking statements, are reported as the company's statements, with date and source. They are not our forecasts.
Investing involves risk, including the loss of your money. Before you invest, do your own research. Consider speaking to a registered investment adviser or another qualified professional.
Your investment decisions are yours alone. We are not responsible for them.
Accuracy and no warranty
We take our numbers from company filings and check them before publishing. We correct errors in public. Our methodology explains how.
Even so, we cannot promise that every page is complete, accurate or up to date. Companies restate figures, and filings sometimes contain errors. Any share price we show is dated and may be out of date by the time you read it.
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes accuracy, completeness, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may change, pause or remove any page or feature at any time.
Using our content
Cityfort's text, charts, page layouts and design belong to us, unless marked otherwise. Company names, logos and filings belong to their owners.
You may:
- read, save and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use
- share links to our pages
- quote short parts of a page, if you name Cityfort and link to the page
You may not:
- copy, republish or sell our pages or large parts of them
- present our content as your own
- use our content to give paid tips or advice, or to claim that Cityfort endorses a security
- scrape or bulk-download the site, except through search engines that follow our robots.txt file

Acceptable use
Please do not:
- break any law while using Cityfort
- try to get into systems or data that are not yours
- interfere with the site, overload it or spread malware
Ads and third-party links
Blog and learn pages may show ads, labelled "Advertisement". Ads are never placed on stock or IPO pages. An ad is not a recommendation by us.
We link to SEC filings, exchanges and other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from using Cityfort, or from being unable to use it. This includes investment losses, lost profits and lost data. It also includes losses from errors or gaps in our content.
Some states do not allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain what data we collect and why. They form part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date of the latest update is shown on this page. If a change is important, we will also note it at the top of this page.
If you keep using Cityfort after a change, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws named by the owner of Cityfort, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state requires otherwise.
