What does City Therapeutics sell?
CITY-FXI (Phase 1)
Aims at Factor XI, a blood-clotting protein, to prevent harmful clots in patients who often cannot use common blood thinners called DOACs. Six healthy adults got each dose. Factor XI fell on average 61% at 15 mg, 79% at 50 mg and, three weeks after dosing, 85% at 150 mg (data to Aug 14, 2026).

Partner programs
Research for Bausch + Lomb on one eye target and for Biogen on neurodegenerative disease. These provided all the company's revenue so far.

What it does
- Does: Designs and tests RNAi drug candidates
- Does: Runs one company clinical trial, CITY-FXI in Phase 1, started in 2026
- Does: Does research for two partners in return for fees
What it does not do
- Does not: Sell any approved medicine
- Does not: Own factories: it relies on contract manufacturers, some in China
- Does not: Report issued patents: the 424B4 describes 19 patent families of pending applications
